What is coaching?
Coaching is an effective, personalized relationship that focuses on the client taking action toward their personal and professional vision, goals and desires. It is an ongoing partnership that helps produce results.
Coaching assists you in developing a plan of action, setting goals to accomplish your objectives and holds you accountable to your intentions. The process assists individuals and organizations to navigate change, handle transitions, and stay tuned to reaching their goals. A professional coach offers guidance, support and encouragement to help people stay focused on a task and in essence, lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Another focus of coaching is to facilitate the process of finding the answers within yourself, and discover your purpose and move toward a result.
“Coaching is confidential, safe and empowering.”
